In-ceiling speakers are the ideal combination of sound quality and styling. Rather than cluttering the room with large box speakers trailing speaker wires, the speakers are virtually invisible, while filling the room with high fidelity audio. Featuring a removable and paintable grille, this 2-way speaker uses a woofer cone made with DuPont Kevlar fiber, with a rubber surround for deep, impactful bass, and a Silk Titanium tweeter for sweeter and smoother high frequencies. The crossover cover protects the speaker's electronics and driver from debris that can fall and damage components while installed in ceilings.
- 60 watts RMS, 120 watts peak maximum power handling
- 6.5" woofer made from DuPont Kevlar fiber with rubber surround
- 0.75" Silk Titanium tweeter
- 55 Hz ~ 20 kHz frequency response
- 8 ohms nominal impedance
- 88 dB sensitivity
- Removable paintable magnetic grille
- Protective back cover / covered crossover
